Be Intentional with Social Media

Online social media took the world by storm in the early 2000’s with MySpace and LinkedIn. Then YouTube came to market in 2005 with Facebook and Twitter becoming available in 2006. In 2006, Mike didn’t want anything to do with social media until one of the students from the youth ministry, where Mike served, told him to get on Facebook. Mike created an account for the sole purpose to stay connected with the students. Little did he know that it would become one of his favorite ways to connect, market and do life with all of his relationships. During that time, Mike’s seen the good, the bad and the “real” ugly that comes with social media, which is why he’s emphatic that each post must be intentional in order to galvanize relationships and become an influencer.

How To Disrupt In Any Industry

Mike has been an entrepreneur since his high school days. Fast forward to today: Mike has created multiple, successful companies within industries that have nothing to do with each other. While all businesses have a similar foundation, they shouldn’t approach the end user the way your competitors do. It’s not how you outwork or outservice the competition, but how do you eliminate them. Mike shares how you create strategies that truly set you apart no matter the industry.

If You’re Not Changing, You’re Dying

Do you enjoy getting comfortable with being uncomfortable? Most people aren’t, but for those that do, the sky’s the limit. Muscles can’t grow unless you push them to the limit. The more you breakdown your muscles the more your body grows. The same goes with businesses and your own personal life. Mike has seen too many people who are stuck in their ways and the outcome is always the same, you stay average. They just get by. They then take on a victim mentality, which leads to their demise. To see exponential growth, embrace change, stretch your goals that seem unachievable, and at that point, people will be dying to surround themselves with you.
